My Question or Issue

Acabo de actualizar mi método de pago (tarjeta de crédito) debido a que la que tenía registrada fue robada, sin embargo, al actualizar los datos, me hicieron un cargo de $60 MXN, ¿por qué motivo? Mi plan lo pagué el pasado 17/05 y el próximo pago viene el 18/06.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. Do you see the new charge on your receipts section of the account page?

 

If not, we suggest that you:

  • Check for other accounts, in case you accidentally paid for another account while having the current subscription running.
  • Talk to your bank or credit card provider to ensure the payment isn't pending, or coming from another place. If it's a pending, you should see the funds return to your statement soon.

Nope, the new charge is on my credit card, it's listed as "in transit", is it a way to check if my credit card is ok/active?
