My Question or Issue

El viernes cambié información de pago (tarjeta) y me hicieron un cargo de $99.00 cuando tengo plan familiar y el siguiente cobro es para el día 24 de Agosto. Entro a la sección de Recibos y no aparece, el último que aparece es el del 24 de Julio a mi anterior tarjeta, ¿cuándo me van a regresar ese dinero que tomaron de mi nueva tarjeta?

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify to your account's email address, it's very likely that it's just a pending charge that was created when updating your payment details. There's more info about this here.
