My Question or Issue

I swapped from Duo plan to Individual, but it's not showing in my Spotify account. PayPal sent an email saying payment has been stopped, but my Spotify account still shows Duo as current my plan, with PayPal as the payment source. I'm reluctant to go through the 'swap plans' again in case I get charged twice.

Hey @sue21, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

On your account page, do you see any date of which your account will switch to Premium Individual, or it just shows that your plan is on Duo with no sight of future changes displayed?

 

Did you get any emails from Spotify directly regarding any plan changes, or just changes made to your payment method with PayPal (in your case, payment stopped)?
