Change countries and subscription

I am trying to change the country in my profile and accordingly my payment subscription for the premium account. 

While i try to update the payment details to the new country, it does not allow me to update the new card. It states I need to update the country field before, in my profile settings. However, in the profile settings it is not possible to change the countries because the field is greyed out. My IP address is located in the new country; the bank account is also from the new country. 

Can you please support to fix this issue?

Hey @StefaniaB,

 

I'd recommend that you cancel your subscription, wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan, then change your country setting via the dropdown menu and then re-subscribe here using your new payment details.
