Hey !

I know the topic has been opened a few times but the information I found doest not help me.

I'm paying for my Spotify premium with my French Credit Card. I moved in Australia and I need now to used my Australian Card now.

I followed all the instructions on the website, but it's still not working...

When I entered my card's number I've been told to change the location. Which I can't do...

Could you help me please ? There is no more money in my French account...

Welcome to the community!

I'd suggest that you cancel your subscription, wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan, then update your country using the dropdown list and then re-subscribe to Premium using your new payment details.
