I don't understand something.... I have a premium subscription that every 2th of moth have to pay....

Today I upgrade to familiar premium, and the date of my billing change to 27 of current moth, how I can maintain the same date that I have before? I would like keep paying my bill every 2th of moth.

 

Somebody can tell me What should I do?

Your billing date is on or around the same day of the month you subscribed to your current subscription.

 

If you need to change your billing date:

  1. Cancel your current billing cycle.
  2. Wait until your account reverts back to Free, then resubscribe to Family on the day you’d like to be charged. You'll now be charged on or around this day each month. 

 

You can also contact Spotify staff via email at: support@spotify.com or use the Contact Form to sort out your subscription problem. They will reply in 72 hours, but it usually takes a day.
