Change email and change subscription plan

Hi!

I am planning to change my subscription plan from premium to student premium, however I have encountered the following problems:

1. My spotify account is currently sync with my Faceboook account, which is registered with the e-mail that I am no longer using now. I have already changed the email on Facebook account to an email that I am currently using.

2. However, the spotify account did not sync with the change I made on Facebook, therefore I cannot receive the updates about whether my application to change to student premium is successfull or not. 

Would be greateful if anyone can help,  so annoying that spotify HK does not have hotline service:(
