Hi, I recently started a Family Plan and invited my family to it. However due to some issues with the address I had to start a new Plan and, as a result one of my family members cannot accept the invite, receiving the error that they cannot change family plans more than once a year. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Since you already have another Premium for Family plan, and the members already joined the previous one -they won't be able to join another Premium for Family plan since you can only switch once every 12 months.
