My Question or Issue

Hi, I was previously on a family plan however I have moved address and want to sign up to a different family plan. Unfortunately spotify won't allow me to do this as it tells me I can only change plans once per year.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Spotify does restrict switching to a new Family plan to once per year with the same account. In order to join a new account, you would need to let your current one pass the 12 months or create a new account. You can also find more info on the Family plan at their support page here.
