My Question or Issue

 

Hi.

 

My wife and I are sharing a Family subscription and we would like to switch to Duo, but when I go to the Duo page it says I am not eligible for the offer. Why? What should I do? Maybe we both have to change to Premium and then Duo will be available for us?

The offer you're talking about is currently only available in the following countries:

  • Colombia
  • Chile
  • Denmark
  • Ireland
  • Poland
