Change from Premium to standard, yet payments still being made

Change from Premium to standard, yet payments still being made

My account has changed from Premium to Standard, yet payments are still being made (done via Vodafone), and no way of contacting customer services to resolve?????

 

i am now receiving an error message saying I can’t use Spotify out of the country for more than 14 days, yet I have been away from England for 4 months! I assume this is linked to the standard service?

Hi Andy76smith, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

I recommend checking out this Spotify help article 'Why isn't my Premium subscription working'-- especially the section about checking to see if you have other accounts. 

 

It sounds like you've accidentally created a second account and you're signing in their instead of your Premium one. 

 

Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem for you.
