When you move from your country, your app will work normally for the next 14 days if you're on the free tier. After these days, you'll have to change the country registered on your account to keep using your app.
However, if you have a Premium subscription, you'll keep your service as usual. In case you'll be staying in that country for long, you can change the payment details to match the new country and continue using the app as normal.
