Change payment details

Hi Spotify community, 

 

My credit card details changed and I wanted to update my payment details in Spotify, I updated them. And still the system thinks that I I at trial version and I cannot skip songs and listen to the ads. 
please advise how I can enable these changes.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

When you head to https://spotify.com/account, does it say that your plan is Premium?

 

If so, please make sure to use the username that is displayed on that page for logging into the Spotify app. 🙂
