Change plan from duo to premium

Solved!

Change plan from duo to premium

I wish to change my plan from Duo to Premium.

Do I have to cancel my Duo account first? I am concerned that in so doing I may loose all of my library.

Thanks for any help.

Hi there @robertj0011, @Rossy3,

Thanks for the reply. Firstly, changing the subscription has no effect on your music library. As long as you use the same account, everything there will remain unchanged. You can change to Premium Individual here, this change will take effect on the next billing date, no partial refunds will be processed as this isn't possible within the system. Until then, you will retain your existing subscription. If you get an error doing this process, you can cancel the plan, wait for the account to revert to free and then resubscribe, this should always work.

Hope this helps.

I changed and have all my library playlists and everything. The only thing I dont think I got was a refund for the days I changed over but over all its all still there!

Hi Rossy, thank you for that.

Did you cancel your Duo plans first before opening up a Premium account?

Regards

Robert
