I just signed up for Duo.

How can I change it so my wife is the plan manager and not me?

She will be using audiobooks, not me.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

Unfortunately, at the moment there isn’t a way to change the plan manager for a Premium Duo plan once you've signed up. However, you can cancel the plan, and then your wife can start a new Premium Duo plan as the new plan manager.

You can first cancel the existing Premium Duo plan by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account page
2. Go to Your plan or Manage your subscription, and then select Cancel subscription

At your next payment date, the accounts of each member of the current Premium Duo plan will switch to the free service. At that time, your wife can start the new Premium Duo plan here and invite you to the plan by following these steps.

Bear in mind that Spotify users can only switch between different Premium Family or Premium Duo plans once in 12 months.
