Change subscription from KPN to Spotify direct

Hi, I currently have spofity via a dutch telephone/internet provider. But since we are moving abroad we will cancel this subsciption. We would like to continue our spotify premium account and link it to our bank/ credit card account. But I can't see how to do it. Please help !

Hey @rodekhiddink,

You'll be able to subscribe to Premium using your existing account and one of the available payment methods (e.g. Credit Card) when your account has reverted to Spotify's ad-based free plan.

In order to cancel your subscription, you need to first reach out to KPN and request the cancellation. Once your account is back on Free, you can subscribe again through Spotify directly. 

We suggest you also check this help page to read more about using Spotify abroad.

Don't worry about your music collection, saved and created playlists. They will remain intact, as changing the subscription plan doesn't affect your music Library.
