Changed credit card, lost half my songs

Changed credit card, lost half my songs

I live in Brazil and I had a premium account. I had to cancel my credit card and since I didn't receive an e-mail stating a payment problem, I simply forgot. Nothing happened and yesterday I put my new credit Card info and they got me back on premium (it said I was in the free mode even though I still had all premium perks). Bottom line, now half my songs are gone. It's not that they are in online mode, half of them simply disappeared. Can anyone Help me or tell me what I can do to get it all back? Thanks and sorry for The long post

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.
