My Question or Issue

 

Hi team,

 

I have switch today from a solo plan for a duo one, on my account it seems that the change has been done however when click on the left and side on Spotify Duo premium button ( on my account ) I have a blank area.

On chrome incognito console I have this error

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 451 ()

It was a good idea to give this a shot in an incognito window, but since that doesn't make a difference for you, we'd recommend using a different browser or device.

 

If your issue persists, we suggest using a different network and turning off your VPN if you're using one.
