Changed locations and lost my Spotify premium?

Hi, I have recently upgraded my account to Spotify premium when I was in Hong Kong, and I’ve never had problems with it. However, since I’m at Australia now, there’s a message saying I can only use Spotify up to 14 days abroad and so I’ve tried changing my location to Australia and I could log in, BUT it says I’m a free user now. And when I tried to go back and change it to Hong Kong, it’s not allowing me to do so. Please help, thanks.

Hey @katieng,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
