Changed my number now I don’t have premium

I pay my Spotify premium via my 02 contract every month. Last week I changed my phone number and now I don’t have Spotify premium. I rang 02 they said I have paid for it this month so I should have it but I don’t. They said to contact Spotify and they will update my number and that should work?

Thanks for your question. I'm happy to help!

 

I first recommend you check out this page to see if you have an additional account.

 

Once you've ensured you're logged in to the right account that used to be Premium, you will then need to go to this page and resubscribe. For the payment method, you should choose 'Pay by mobile'.

 

Make sure to subscribe with your new phone number and you'll be rocking Premium again in no time 🙂
