Changed my subscription and lost my playlists

Changed my subscription and lost my playlists

had premium, for months the had to go free for a while. When changed back to premium I lost all my playlists and followers etc. How do I get it back?

Hey @Hekqaz and welcome to the community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
