My Question or Issue

My and my boyfriend have Spotify family setup together.

My bank account recently expired, which meant that Spotify was unable to withdraw anything from my account. I added my new account and chose Spotify family as payment again.

Now it wants me to add my address again, like I did the first time we got Family setup.

Isn't that information stored anywhere so I don't have to do this again? Can someone just restore this for me?

Thanks

Matilda

Hey there @Lillaprakel!

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly shine some light on the matter.

If your account goes back to the free service all the info you have saved for the Family plan is automatically removed from the system.

This means that when you are to start the plan again, you'd need to go through the whole process described here.

Hope this answers your question. We'll be here if there's anything else we can do for you.
