Changed plans from Premium Family to Premium Individual Playlist issue

Changed plans from Premium Family to Premium Individual Playlist issue

We had a Premium Family account in Spotify but only one son uses it so we decided to switch to Premium Individual. Unfortunately, his account that has all his playlists and likes on it is a different account to the main account that now has premium. How do I move all the playlists etc to the main account? My son is Autistic and very stressed about this so I would really appreciate a solution. Thank you in advance

Hi @Rachel143!,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

This may take a bit of work, but it's totally doable. Here's what you can do:

  1. Find out which account his playlists are located on.
  2. Open each individual playlist and tap Invite collaborators, then send the invite link to him. That way he can tap the heart to add the playlist to his library and also edit the playlist's content.

If there are many playlists that need to be shared, a better way is to get in touch with the folks over at Customer Support, who can transfer all playlists to his account directly. Just make sure you're contacting them from the account, which has all the playlists.

Hope this helps. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Cheers!
