Changed the payment metod and got charged R$10,00

Hi, i'm from Brazil and when i changed my payment metod i've got charged for R$10,00. Is this a thing? Will i receive my money back?

I'm using an S8+ and my subscrition is the Premium for university.

Please check the explaination on this help article

Student discount expires after a year, but you can reapply the discount if you're still a student.

If not, the subscription automatically goes back to the monthly rate.
