Hi everyone,

 

I started to use Spotify Premium in Canada. Now I'm in France and I would like to change the country in my account because I don't have a canadian bank account anymore. But I can't do it...  I followed this help page https://support.spotify.com/fr/account_payment_help/account_help/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting... but it doesn't work at all. When I change my credit card info, I have an error message saying "this credit card has not been delivered in the country registered in your account. Please change the country". So I go on my profil page, and... I can't change the country in my profile. And the helping button send me on this useless helping page again https://support.spotify.com/fr/account_payment_help/account_help/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting...

 

And I'm currently in France, so my PC IP is in France

Hey @Baroufe, welcome to the Community!

 

Are you still Premium? If so, try cancelling and waiting for your account to revert to Free. Once that happens, follow the steps to update your country setting using an incognito window.

 

You shouldn't have any trouble, but feel free to get back to me if you do.

I was living in Spain and recently moved to the French Caribbeans so I would like to change the country in my account settings. I tried everything (cancelled my PREMIUM account, logged out/in again) but there is no possibility to select another country in the country selection field.

 

Could you please help me solve this issue?
