Changing countries from AU to NZ

I am trying to change my subscription country and am not able to firstly do it in my profile page as Australia greyed out and their is no dropbox availabel and when i attempt to change my credit card to a NZ one it does not allow me too as the countries do not match. i have tried on premium and have tried cancelling to see if this works and still cannot change countires. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks, however its a tricky one as my country bar is greyed out so therefore there is no dropbox on the edit profile page and I am unable to change my credit card details as it promts me to change country first which I cannot do. I guess I will keep trying - thanks for offering support.
