Changing country and payment

I have been trying to change my country from Australia to UK and my payment card from a AU to UK one...I live in the UK now and need to cancel my aussie debit card. I don’t want to lose all my songs and playlists on Spotify... on numerous occasions I have followed the instructions and updated my details on my login in page. However, each time I log in again, the details have not actually changed... it still says AU and is linked to my aussie debit card. No matter how many times I do it it does not update! Please help! This is very frustrating!!

I have the same situation. I left Canada for France and when I try to change my credit card, Spotify says the zip code is not the good one for the selected country (Canda). Please Help us 🙂 Thanks!
