Help! - i've been readig through similar issues on the message board but none can help!

 

I'm a Spotify premium member and i have recently moved from the UK to the USA and ould like to move my payment details over.

 

When i change the payment details it tells me i must first change my country but that box is greyed out. (i have checked my IP address and that says i'm right here in the USA). How can i change it over??

 

Any advic would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey @joshnorris22,

please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or use an incognito window.

 

In case you get the same results, you can cancel the current subscription, wait until the account goes back to Free, update the country, and then resubscribe, like you said before.
