Changing country premium account

I'm trying to change my country from US to israel, i followed the "change country" help page, accourding to it, i need to go to subscription and click update.

when i do so, i enter my postal code, and it returns an error:

"Enter a valid zip or postal code."

this is indeed a valid postal code in israel. 

I'm also unable to change this when i go to edit profile.

what should i do?

The same for me, as a Premium user i cat change to Israel (i dont know why its wrote Portugal for me)
