Changing credit card - Quebec

Good day,

I'm currently on Spotify Premium and I want to change my payment option (changing credit card). However, since I'm living in Quebec, it doesn't let me change it. Each time they ask me to check a box that says that I'm not from Quebec but I am so I don't really know what to do then.

What can I do to change my credit card as a payment option?
