Hi,

 

Spotify asks me to change my credit card, as my old one is no longer valid. I have tried everything now, but still it is not accepted. I am NOT going to cancell my subscription and start all over again. I have a family account and I have tried private window, paypal. starting all over again... Paying is just supposed to work, not giving me an hour of problem trying to solve it. And, i would also like to have a yearly payment - it would be so much easier. 

So, how do I pay?

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
