Changing from 3 month trial to family plan

Hi there,

I'm currently on a 3 month premium trial for $9.99. I just joined a family plan but realize I didn't cancel the initial trial plan. Can you let me know how I can do this? Just want to make sure I'm not being charged at the end of the trial.

Thanks!

Hey @kalena_83y, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Since you joined a Premium for Family plan, all billing goes to the owner of that plan - so you won't be charged at the end of the trial.

To double-check that you're part of a Premium for Family plan, could you send me a screenshot of your subscription status? Just make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Keep me posted :)

Hey @kalena_83y,

Thanks for the screenshots.

It seems like you're part of a Premium for Family plan, and you're good to go!

If at anytime you get charged while being a member of the plan, check out Spotify's refund policy.

I hope this helps :)
