I have a Premium subscription for 12,99/month that i would like to upgrade to a DUO premium, but the system does not allow me to do so. I've even tried to change it to a Family-pack out of curiosity. But once again... nothing. Could someone please advise.

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.
If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
Lastly, keep in mind that if you subscribe via a third party payment provider - telecom company, iTunes, etc, you'll fist need to cancel your subscription with them and then you'll be able to subscribe directly via Spotify.
