Changing from my service provider

I had my subscription paid through my service provider, which has now expired.

I want to keep Spotify Premium of course, but when I go to account settings, it says my account is paid through my service provider, and to contact them! But my Spotify account is no longer paid through them.

How can I get the Family Plan for Spotify Premium directly from Spotify?

Your billing period from your service provider is different from your Spotify billing date. I suggest is to wait for a while your Spotify account will revert back to free then u can sign up for premium directly with Spotify.
