My Question or Issue

Hello, im trying to change my postal code on my billing information (as i have recently moved into a new house), but spotify is not reconizing it as a valid postal code . I believe its because its a brand new house and the postal code may not be up in the system yet, does anyone know how long that takes?

Could you try changing your postal code in a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
