My Question or Issue

I need to update my payment details from pay by mobile (Vodacom) to a direct debit from my bank. When I go to the update payment details section it does not give me the option to change it at all. I really need to change this asap. 

Please help.

Can you try from an incognito/private window to see if the issue persists?

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you let your account revert to our free version, and as soon as it does you can re-subscribe with your bank card.

I need to link my account with the subscription that always take my money but on App it says im not subscribed

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Of you don't see Premium features on the app on your device, it probably means you're not logged in on the right account. Could you check this page for steps on how to find out if that's indeed the case? 

 

If you find the second account with your subscription on it, you can change the payment method with the guide from this page.
