My Question or Issue

I started Spotify on the 99cent for 3 months offer, this officially ended and I was charged 9.99 euro to stay on the premium plan. I wasn't notified that I was going to be charged or that my trial was over. However, I wanted to upgrade to the premium family plan which I have also paid already. So now I have been charged 9.99 for the premium account and again 14.99 for the premium family plan. Can I get a refund for the 9.99 payment?
