I recently got the one month free trial for Premium Individual. Today I saw an email for a three month free trial Individual plan (SAME PRICE!!!), so I canceled the previous one. However, I could not get the three month one, so I got back to the one month free trial one. Will I get refunded after canceling? I would not like to get double charged!

The offer you're talking about is likely only for users who haven't had Premium before (this includes trials). If you cancel during a trial, you won't get charged. 🙂
