Changing the country in my account

Hi everyone, 

 

I have recently immigrated to Canada and am trying to add my new Canadian credit card as my form of payment for my Premium, yet I seem unable to change my country or postal code as the moment I enter in the new Canadian address, it says that it cannot be recognized (account was created in the States and is linked to my fb where I also changed my country to Canada.) Any help would be appreciated as I would love to continue using my same account. Thank you!

Hey @rmcollins,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or use an incognito window.

 

In case you get the same results, you can cancel the current subscription, wait until the account goes back to Free, update the country, and then resubscribe.

When your account gets downgraded to Spotify Free, no saved songs etc. will get deleted.
