Charge increase

Charge increase

I have the premium plan in the United States and the charge went up without telling me. Was this planned or sent out in any way?

Hey @Livie6336,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Users that have an active Premium subscription are always notified about a new price and when it becomes effective.

 

They're also given a grace period before they're charged the new price so they can cancel their active subscription if they'd like.

 

I recommend double-checking your email's inbox, as well as spam folder, as sometimes emails from Spotify can also end up there. For more info on the price updates, you can head over to this article.

I’ve checked everything for a notification on it and got nothing. I went through the past 6 months of emails and found nothing about the prices.
