I finally decided to try out Spotify but ended up not getting the correct deal when I checked out, for some reason. I wanted to get the $0.99 for 3 months deal, but when I checked my credit card statement it now says I was charged for $0.99, then refunded $0.99 and charged $10. When I checked my Spotify account it said I was only registered for 1 month of premium. So I tried to cancel it in hope of getting a refund since I haven't even used the benefits of premium yet, but all that did was cancel the automatic renewal I guess.
Should I put in a request for a refund? Or could this be fixed another way?
