Charged $120 on first month

I dont know what to do. I just switch from Apple Music to spotify, and I'm supposed to have the first month free, but my bank has been charged $120. I am livid. I should have never left Apple..

I dont know how to contact Costumer Service at all, and it's ridiculous that there is no phone number. This is so inconvienent and annoying.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened! When you go to your Spotify Account Subscription, does it say that you've paid for 12 months by any chance? 🙂
