Charged 3 times but still no premium

I have sadly been charged 3 times for premium membership for the last month, but i have on my account cordes2000 still no premium. How can that happen and how can i get help fixing this?

That’s not cool.

If you’re seeing charges but you’re still on Free, it sounds like they’re Pending payments.

If the payments show as pending, this could explain things: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/pending-charges/. You can also check with your bank if needed, to make sure they’re just pending payments.
