I was charged twice for the student $4.99 account and once for the 3 months for $9.99... I wanted to initially sign up for the student account because I will be a student but realized I won't have proof until September. So I thought that didn't go through and decided to go for the 3 months for $9.99 until August/September so I can switch over to the student account. 

I checked my credit card transactions and it says I have 3 transactions from spotify 

What am I suppose to do and who do I contact to get my refund of x2 $4.99 transactions !?

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
