Charged $9.99 on a Student Account

For many months, I've been charged 4.99 for being a student. However, this month Spotify charged me 9.99, as a full subscription price.

How do I ask Spotify to refund my 9.99 and charge me 4.99?

It's very possible that your discount is expired. The discount is only valid 12 months at a time, then you'll have to renew it. You can read more on this here and here.
