Charged TWICE for student account

Hi everyone

 

I subscribed to a student account early this afternoon but the documents I sent did not contain enough info. I followed instructions and went back to spotify premium to charge new documents. I was asked again for the method of payment and charged again on my credit card. Twice today.

How can I get a refund?

In this case, the charges should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
