Charged after canceling still dont have premium

Hello I was charged 9.99 USD after canceling my subscription and I dont have premium. I only have one account tied to my card so I dont understand why I was charged when I canceled and dont have premium

Could you let me know if you see this charge on your Receipts page? Also, were you charged today or recently? 

 

Additionally, if possible attach a screenshot of what you see on your account overview page so I can take a closer look for you. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
