Charged after cancellation

My Question or Issue

 I have an issue with Spotify, I am still being charged every month for premium when I have deactivated it. I have three Spotify accounts (*snip*, *snip* & *snip*) all of these I have checked over multiple times and see none are premium. 

 

I am trying to resolve the issue to get reimbursement through here for the account as I don't really want to go through the hassle of legal actions as it's pretty time consuming but it's the principle of being overcharged for my account when I cancelled it. I have put through a couple of tickets but never had any response returned on either.  I am hoping Spotify reaches out to me to help resolve this issue. 

 

Any ideas would be welcome.

Sorry to hear that. I'd recommend following the steps in the "Didn't subscribe or don't have an account" section in this support site article here. It should also help on how to best reach out to Spotify's support team so they can take a look backstage for you.

Keep in mind that if, in the meanwhile, you receive an automated reply directing you to the help pages to reply to it, even if it's from a no-reply.

Thank you, if you see the attachments on my forum post you will see I tried
multiple times to get help from support but to no avail. There Is no phone
number to ring for support & not even a live chat which is an issue what it
comes to this sort of issue as every month goes by you get charged again...
and again... and again... and again....

No disrespect to you but it seems like there's only one party winning out
of this deal :/ the main issue is that no matter how many emails you send
you get the same generic ticket response attached with a bill for the next
month if you know what I'm saying ;)

Unfortunately, there isn't a Spotify Support phone number right now. However, you should be able to get Support from Spotify here. You can also reach out to them by Twitter @SpotifyCares or Facebook. Note when you get the automated reply from Support, you should reply explaining your issue to get a ticket with Support, you should then get a rreply within 48h.
