My Question or Issue
I have an issue with Spotify, I am still being charged every month for premium when I have deactivated it. I have three Spotify accounts (*snip*, *snip* & *snip*) all of these I have checked over multiple times and see none are premium.
I am trying to resolve the issue to get reimbursement through here for the account as I don't really want to go through the hassle of legal actions as it's pretty time consuming but it's the principle of being overcharged for my account when I cancelled it. I have put through a couple of tickets but never had any response returned on either. I am hoping Spotify reaches out to me to help resolve this issue.
Any ideas would be welcome.
