My Question or Issue

Hi

I got a 6 month free trial for Spotify Premium with my phone provider (Rogers). You were supposed to let me know before the end of the trial that I was going to be charged the next month; I never received such information from you, and recently saw that you charged my credit card... I don't think that's a fair way of doing business and I was expecting more from Spotify than to trick its customers, hoping they won't remember the trial is ending soon.

I hope I can get a refund from you; any other business warns you before charging your CC (ie: Amazon tells you when your Premium free trial is going to end soon).

If your subscription was set up through Rogers, you'll need to reach out to them for reimbursement. 

 

If your subscription was directly through us, reach out to our team on Twitter or Facebook within 14-days of the payment being made.
