I just signed up for free trial and my credit card was charged? This is crazy. Please help!

After signing up for a Spotify trial or Premium subscription, you may see a charge on your bank or credit card statement. 

This is just an authorization charge to confirm the card is valid. It’s usually shown as a pending charge on your statement, but transactions can also appear as refunds. Some banks/companies may delete them from the account entirely before you even see it.
